This property was just going on to the market.

The customer had heard good things about our service.

We cleaned away years and years of grime and sanitised the areas.

We cleared out the gulleys and left the customer with a patio and driveway looking fresh bright and readty to appeal to potential buyers.

Especailly important when selling, but when clean and fresh… exterior spaces look so much bigger when clean and shows a level of care that the property has recieved.

Blackspot #Patio Cleaning Rottingdean & #Balustrade #Cleaning

Our customer bought an online product for #blackspot with no success.

She was hesitant to use a professional service as the product promised to remove all blackspot.

Blackspot is a type of fungus, when it gets as bad as this.. needs a strong solution.

The solution must be fresh, stong and applied in the correct way.

We first cleaned away the biofilm form the patio with the pressure washer, then applied the softwash solution.

The products we use are restricted for public use.

We had quoted for the patio but one seing the amazing results, we were asked to also clean the balustrades !

The end result was a “like NEW” patio.

Ready for their forthcoming party.

Be BBQ ready… call us today for a professional patio & ballustrade clean.

A cold start but today we started by moving the smaller items out of the way. A softwash solution was then applied to kill all algae, lichen and bacteria. The softwash worked away and you could see the green algae color of the tiles changing to a nice clean color. The pressure washer washed the solution away and removed the built up much and dust. App windows washed down and everything put back… You could barely see that the tiles were a different color before. We left with a couple of very happy customers 🙂

Resin bound driveway & path cleaning plus rendered wall softwashing in Roedean…. All ready for Christmas guests 🎄. Anyone that has tried, will know that cleaning resin bound surfaces is very tricky because of the way they drain…. the dirty water drains into the surface before you get a chance to rinse it off. This is where our skills and equipment can really make a difference. We use a foaming degreaser first to free up traffic film and other muck. We then use our flat surface cleaner to get the worst of the dirt off and go around all the edges. We then use our softwash chemical to kill bacteria meaning a longer lasting finish. We then need to go over and over, clean and flush the surface until it looks lovely ! Resin bound driveways are very expensive so it pays to keep it in tip top condition to save any repairs that could also ruin the consistent look of the surface. 👍13 Years & Hundreds of Driveways Worth of Experience.

Big difference to the look of this property in Newhaven.

Our pressure washer has the power to rip through weeds on block paved driveways, whilst our softwash solution kills :
✔ Algae
✔ Lichen
✔ Bacteria
✔ Blackspot

This not only means a clearer, brighter, beautiful surface....
Killing the bacteria means a longer lasting finish, typically 3 to 5 times longer than just pressure washing.
