Dont leave it to late to clean your render! Much higher chance of perminant staining if you have flat toped walls.

This property was just going on to the market.
The customer had heard good things about our service.
We cleaned away years and years of grime and sanitised the areas.
We cleared out the gulleys and left the customer with a patio and driveway looking fresh bright and readty to appeal to potential buyers.
Especailly important when selling, but when clean and fresh... exterior spaces look so much bigger when clean and shows a level of care that the property has recieved.
The property was in Peacehaven but we clean in :

Our customer bought an online product for blackspot with no success.
She was hesitant to use a professional service as the product promised to remove all blackspot.
Blackspot is a type of fungus, when it gets as bad as this.. needs a strong solution.
The solution must be fresh, stong and applied in the correct way.
We first cleaned away the biofilm form the patio with the pressure washer, then applied the softwash solution.
The products we use are restricted for public use.
We had quoted for the patio but one seing the amazing results, we were asked to also clean the balustrades !
The end result was a “like NEW” patio.
Ready for their forthcoming party.
Be BBQ ready… call us today for a professional patio & ballustrade clean.
